Northgate Technologies AGM approves 20% dividend, raise USD 41 million

Northgate Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the 20% Equity Dividend.

Raising of funds up to USD 41 Million through QIP or GDRs.

FIIs Investment limits increased to 49% of Paid up Capital.
