Bhagyanagar India clarifies on news item regarding land sale

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading Portal titled "Bhagyanagar India set to reap in benefits from land sale at Hyderabad", Bhagyanagar India Ltd has clarified to BSE that the Company had various Land Banks situated in and around Hyderabad City in Andhra Pradesh. The Company presently planning to develop / sell the said properties, for which the Company is presently consulting / negotiating with various interest parties including Reliance Industries Ltd, Goderj Properties Ltd, Suncity, Metro etc.

The Company informed that correct information will be intimated once the negotiations are finalized.
