Welcast Steels AGM approves 20% dividend

Welcast Steels Ltd has announced that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have declared dividend @ 20% on the paid up Share Capital of the Equity Shares and it will be payable on or before October 28, 2006.
