Prithvi Information AGM approves 10% final dividend, raise US$ 50 Million

Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd has announced that the members at the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have confirmed the payment of Interim Dividend @ 15% and to declare Final Dividend @ 10% for the Financial Year 2005-06.

Issue of shares to Qualified Institutional Buyers through QIP Guidelines not exceeding US$ 70 Million.

Issue of securities by way of sponsored GDRs, etc., not exceeding US$ 50 Million.
