Amtek Auto allots 1301350 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Amtek Auto Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2007, has allotted 13,01,350 equity shares at Rs 209.83/- per shares upon the conversion of FCCB's of US$ 6.25 million.
