SRG Housing Finance Ltd consider allotment of 750 debentures

A meeting of Board of Directors of SRG Housing Finance Ltd will be held on Tuesday October 24, 2017 at 03:00 PM at Registered office of the Company to consider and approve the allotment of debentures, subject to approval in the board meeting to be held on 23.10.2017.

The Board will consider allotment of IIIrd Tranche Debentures i.e. 750 Secured , Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.1,00,000 (One Lakh) each aggregating to Rs. 7.5 Crores, on private placement basis on such terms and conditions as approved by the board.

The Board will also consider such other matter as are ancillary or incidental thereto.

Shares of SRG HOUSING FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.207.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 203.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1158 in over 35 trades.
