Reliance Naval and Engineering Ltd approves rights issue of Rs. 1500 crore

The Board of Directors of Reliance Naval and Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on October 13, 2017, has reviewed and approved the Rights Issue of up to Rs.1,500 crore, subject to requisite sanctions and approvals as may be necessary.

Shares of Reliance Naval and Engineering Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.53 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 53. The total number of shares traded during the day was 148065 in over 761 trades.
