National Fertilizers AGM approves 8.3% dividend

National Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the members at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved & declared a dividend of 8.30% as recommended by the Board of Director and have also adopted the Annual Accounts together with Directors Report & Auditors Report thereon.
