Godrej Agrovet Limited IPO receives subscription of 4.42 times till 12:00 noon

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Godrej Agrovet Limited has received subscription of 4.42 times till 12:00:01 IST (06-Oct-2017). The issue has received total bids for 7,96,88,192 equity shares against the offer of 1,80,27,464 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 3,22,11,680 equity shares at cut-off price.

The company has come out with Initial Public offer for Fresh Issue of Rs 2915.12 million and an Offer for Sale of upto 12,300,000 Equity Shares and upto Rs. 3000 million (including anchor portion of 7,417,254 Equity Shares) at a price band of Rs 450 to Rs 460.

The IPO opened for subscription on 04-Oct-2017 and closes today (06-Oct-2017).

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Axis Capital Limited and Credit Suisse Securities (India) Private Limited are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.

Kotak Securities Limited is the Syndicate Member to the IPO. Karvy Computer Share Private Limited is the registrar to the company.
