Quess Corp Ltd allots 6,19,925 equity shares

Today i.e. September 26, 2017, Quess Corp Ltd has allotted 6,19,925 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the employees who have exercised options under the Quess Corp Employees Stock Option Scheme 2009. The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
