Country Club allots 432912 equity shares

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors has allotted 4,32,912 (Four Lakh Thirty two Thousand Nine Hundred and Twelve) Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company at a premium of Rs 505/- per share upon conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds to the extent of US$ 5 Millions to M/s. Morgan Stanley Mauritius Company Ltd by passing a resolution by circulation on October 20, 2007.

Consequently, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been increased from 8740300 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to 9173212 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
