Godrej Agrovet Limited fixes IPO price band as Rs. 450 to Rs. 460

Godrej Agrovet Limited in consultation with BRLMs and by seeking alignment with the selling shareholders has fixed the price band at its IPO committee meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 25, 2017.

The floor price has been fixed as Rs. 450 per equity share having face value of Rs. 10 each and the cap price is fixed as Rs. 460 per equity share having face value of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of ASTEC LIFESCIENCES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.591.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 575.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16787 in over 734 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 631 and intraday low of 583.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10073135.
