AXIS Bank Ltd allots 5750 shares

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 5,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 25, 2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,53,18,048 (239,76,59,024 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,53,29,548 (239,76,64,774 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.501.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 505.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 256265 in over 3125 trades.
