Zen Technologies AGM approves 20% dividend

Zen Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ 20% on the face value of equity share of Rs 10/- each.
