ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited IPO receives subscription of 2.98 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited which opened for subscription on 15-Sep-2017 closed on 19-Sep-2017.

The issue received subscription of 2.98 times with bids for 183565096 equity shares against the offer of 61666740 equity shares.

The company had come out with Public Offer of upto 86,247,187 Equity Shares (including anchor portion of 24,580,447 Equity Shares) at a price band of Rs 651 to Rs 661 through 100% book building process.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue received subscription of 8.17 times with bids for 133939432 equity shares against the offer of 16386966 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue received bids for 10149480 equity shares against the offer of 12290225 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.83 times.

The Retail Individual Investors(RIIs) portion of the issue received subscription of 1.23 times with bids for 35193972 equity shares against the offer of 28677190 equity shares.

The Shareholders portion of the issue received bids for 4282212 equity shares against the offer of 4312359 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.99 times.
