AXIS Bank allots 30775 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 30,775 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 11.09.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,51,88,998 (239,75,94,499 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,52,50,548 (239,76,25,274 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
