Electrotherm India AGM approves fund raising plan, declares 20% dividend

Electrotherm India Ltd has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ 6% on Preference Shares, declaration of Dividend @ Rs 2.00 per equity share of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

To raise the funds by issue of securities through QIP route upto Rs 100 Crores.
