Thana Electric to dispose assets in Silvassa & Hyderabad

Thana Electric Supply Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 21, 2006, has decided to seek the approval from the shareholders of the Company under section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for the approval of disposing of the movable and immovable properties situated at Silvassa & Hyderabad factories. Accordingly, the Postal Ballot will be conduced for the same.
