Suraj Stainless to allot shares on preferential basis at Rs.270

Suraj Stainless Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 30, 2006, to discuss and allot 515,000 Equity Shares to M/s Bsurinvest Bvba, a Foreign Company registered under notary Act in Belgium under non promoter category, at a price of Rs 270/- per share. (face value of Rs 10/- each with premium of Rs 260/- per share), as per the SEBI preferential issue Guidelines.
