United Phosphorus AGM approves 50% dividend

United Phosphorus Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ Rs 1/- per Equity Share of Rs 2/- and paise 70 per Preference Share of Rs 10/- for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
