Nandan Exim AGM approves 7.5% dividend

Nandan Exim Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend @ 7.5% & confirmed the interim dividend @ 7.5%.

Issue of equity shares on preferential basis to the Promoter/Promoters Group/Bodies Corporate selected group and others etc to the tune of Rs 17 crores.

To make an Investment in other bodies corporate or to give Guarantee or loan to the other bodies corporate to the sum not exceeding Rs 500/- crores.
