Repro India Ltd grants 5 lakh stock options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Repro India Ltd, at its meeting held on August 30, 2017 has granted 5,00,000 stock options under the Repro India Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2010.

The Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2010 and exercise thereof is subject to all applicable laws.
