Logix Microsystems AGM approves increase in FII investment from 24% to 49%

Logix Microsystems Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to increase the ceiling limit on total holdings of Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) / Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved sub-account of FII in the Equity Share Capital of the Company from 24% to 49% of the paid-up Equity Capital of Company with effect from such date(s) as may be decided by the Board from time to time.
