Gujarat Toolroom Ltd Board to consider Right Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Gujarat Toolroom Ltd will be held on August 28, 2017, to consider and discuss, the issue of equity shares on a right basis (right issue) to the existing shareholder of the Company.

Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from August 21, 2017 to August 30, 2017 (both days inclusive).
