ACE Software AGM approves 5% dividend, buy-back proposal

ACE Software Exports Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ 5%.

Passing the Resolution of Buy Back of Equity Shares.

For the sale, lease or otherwise dispose off of the whole or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company.
