IIFL Holdings Limited approves allotment of 464090 shares under ESOP / ESPS

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of IIFL Holdings Limited by way of circular resolution(s) allotted 464090 equity shares to the employees of the Company/ Subsidiaries upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 317,955,057 to 318,419,146 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
