Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2007, has made preferential allotment of 6,42,697 equity shares against convertible warrants issued fully paid up (face value Rs 10 each) at a price of Rs 252/- per share at a premium of Rs 242/-, being the price with respect to the Relevant Date as prescribed under the Guidelines for Preferential Issues contained in Chapter XIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 by way of private placement on preferential allotment basis to as detailed below:
