Silktex AGM apporves 15% dividend, increases authorised share capital

Silktex Ltd has announced that the members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 15% for the year ended March 31, 2006 on Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.

Increase the Authorised Capital of the Company from Rs 8,00,00,000 divided into 80,00,000 ordinary shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 20,00,00,000 divided into 2,00,00,000 ordinary shares of Rs 10 each.

Authority to the Board to Borrow the money whether secured or not in excess of paid up capital and free reserves subject to a total limit of Rs 50 Crores.
