Patni Computer allots 40749 equity shares

Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated November 05, 2007 allotted 40,749 equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to certain employees including 18,324 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 9,162 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of options by employees.
