Net 4 India to consider issue of shares to Bennett Coleman & CO

With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 05, 2007, regarding Board Meeting on November 13, 2007, inter alia, to consider, the issue of Equity Shares on a preferential basis, Net 4 India Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., has agreed to invest in the Equity Shares of the Company to the tune of 500,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 90 per share; subject to the approval of the Board at Directors and also requisite compliance of the listing and SEBI Guidelines.
