Empee Distilleries IPO receives 1.20 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Empee Distilleries Limited has received average response from investors with the issue receiving 1.20 times subscription till 5 PM on 5-Nov-2007. The Issue closes for subscription on November 6, 2007.

The company has received bids for 5780370 equity shares against the offer of 4800000 shares. The issue has received bids for 655530 shares at cut-off price.

Out of the issue, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion has received subscription of 2.1096 times with bids for 5062980 shares against the offer of 2400000 shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received bids for 9180 shares against the offer of 720000 shares.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion has received subscription of 0.4216 times with bids for 708210 shares against the offer of 1680000 shares.
