Powersoft Global allots balance 3,60,000 warrants

Powersoft Global Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 02, 2007, has allotted the balance 3,60,000 warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 18/- per Warrant.
