Opto Circuits members approves 1:1 Bonus Issue

Opto Circuits India Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2006, inter alia, have passed the resolution for issue of bonus shares in the proportion of One new equity share for every One exiting fully paid equity shares held.
