AXIS Bank allots 41950 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 41,950 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 31.07.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,43,69,018 (239,71,84,509 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,44,52,918 (239,72,26,459 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
