Aftek Infosys to change name as "Aftek Ltd"

Aftek Infosys Ltd has announced that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend @ Re 1/- per share on the equity shares of the Company for the year (nine months) ended March 31, 2006.

To Change the name of the Company from "Aftek Infosys Ltd" to "Aftek Ltd".
