L&T Finance Holdings Ltd allots 497125 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd at its meeting held on July 26, 2017 has approved the allotment of 4,97,125 (Four Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand and One Hundred Twenty Five) equity shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the ESOP schemes of the Company.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.160.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 155.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1388234 in over 7134 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 164.9 and intraday low of 153.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 221433471.
