Ramco Systems Ltd approves allotment of 12489 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Ramco Systems Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved an allotment of 12,489 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 1,050 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008 (ESOS 2008), 797 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan A, (ESOS 2009 - Plan A), 4,825 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B), 5,117 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013) and 700 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014).

Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 3,04,35,058 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 3,04,47,547 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of RAMCO SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.402.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 403.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26020 in over 1228 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 416.25 and intraday low of 391. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10488595.
