Gujarat NRE allots 25,23,724 equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs

Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd has announced that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 01, 2007, has issued and allotted 25,23,724 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 38.04 per share and 18,57,856 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 52.50 per share pursuant to Conversion Notice(s) received from the holder(s) of FCCBs.
