Maharashtra Seamless declares 70% dividend

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of 70% i.e. Rs 3.50 per Equity Share of Rs 5/- each.

To delist the Equity Shares from The Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd., The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd. & Madras Stock Exchange Ltd.
