DCB Bank Limited approves allotment of 63,910 Equity Shares Under ESOP

DCB Bank Ltd has allotted 63,910 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on July 15, 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank.

Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,76,05,568 shares of Rs.10/- each.

Shares of DCB Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.202.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 198.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 310149 in over 2430 trades.
