Cyber Tech Systems to issue warrants on preferential basis

Cyber Tech Systems & Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2006 has allotted equity shares and equity share warrants on preferential basis as under:

1. Mr. Viswanath Tadimety : 10,00,000 equity shares & 11,66,667 equity share Warrants.

2. Mr. Steven Jeske : 5,00,000 equity shares & 5,83,333 equity share Warrants.
