Rap Media to issue shares on rights basis in the ratio of 1:2

Rap Media Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 28, 2006 has decided to issue further shares on Rights Basis in the ratio of one share for every two shares held by the shareholders on the record date. The issue price and the record date will be decided subsequently by the Board.
