SREI Infrastructure allots Warrants on Preferential basis

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 15, 2007 to issue upto 2,50,00,000 shares / warrants / other securities convertible into / exchangeable with the Equity Shares of the Company, Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 2,50,00,000 Warrants convertible into Equity shares in one or more tranches at a price of Rs 100/- per share to the following entities forming part of the Promoters’ Group of the Company by way of Preferential allotment:

No. of Warrants allotted : 72,00,000

Name of the Entity : Bharat Connect Ltd
No. of Warrants allotted : 1,78,00,000.
