Integra Hindustan AGM declares 15% dividend

Integra Hindustan Control Ltd has announced that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend, at the rate of Rs 1.50/- per Equity Share for the year ended March 31, 2006, on fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company.

Authority to the Board to delist the Equity Shares of the Company from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange Ltd (ASE) ("The Delisting Stock Exchange") on such terms & conditions and in such manner as may be considered desirable and expedient by the Board in its discretion.
