Websol Energy System Ltd approves allotment of 783,778 Equity Shares

Pursuant to receipt of notice for conversion of FCCBs from Holder of such FCCBs, the FCCB Committee of Directors of Websol Energy System Ltd at their meeting held today i.e 1st July 2017, has allotted 783,778 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Foreign Currency Convertible Bond (FCCB) holders.

With the said allotment of 783,778 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company as aforesaid, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company as on 1st July, 2017 stands increased from Rs. 22,75,68,430/- to Rs. 23,54,06,210/- divided into 23,54,0621 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of WEBSOL ENERGY SYSTEM LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.120.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16793 in over 99 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 120.05 and intraday low of 113.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1977441.
