Praj Industries Ltd announces closure of ESOP 2005 Scheme

The Compensation & Share Allotment Committee of Praj Industries Ltd has decided to close ESOP 2005 scheme with immediate effect as having regard to the then prevailing market prices, the overall percentage of options exercised under these grants is only 13%.

As a result of the above, 41,29,249 balance outstanding options under ESOP 2005 Scheme stand cancelled.

Shares of PRAJ INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.75.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 75.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24779 in over 166 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 76.05 and intraday low of 75.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1869908.
