Majesco Ltd approves allotment of 61547 Equity Shares under ESOP

At the meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of Majesco Ltd today viz. June 29, 2017, 61547 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects. Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,34,69,718 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,73,48,590/-.
