Richirich Agro to change name as Richirich Inventures Ltd

Richirich Agro Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the change in the name of Company from existing name to Richirich Inventures Ltd.
