Manali Petrochemical AGM approves 10% dividend

Manali Petrochemical Ltd has announced that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 19, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of 75 paise per equity share on equity shares of Rs 7.50 paid up.
