Inox Leisure Ltd grants 167500 options under ILL-Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2006

At the Meeting of the Compensation, Nomination & Remuneration Committee ('said Committee') of Inox Leisure Ltd held today, the said Committee has granted 167,500 stock options under the ILL - Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2006 ('said Scheme') to the employees of the Company, covered under the said Scheme.

Shares of INOX LEISURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.273.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 280.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8201 in over 310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 281 and intraday low of 271.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2256591.
